As an operating foundation, we focus our efforts on creating long-lasting change and&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;community members disproportionately affected by health disparities. Our approach is both multi-pronged and interwoven through our roles as a&nbsp;<strong>Funder<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Advocate<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Catalyst<\/strong>.
